What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, ShopPay, ApplePay, GooglePay or Paypal.

How will I know if you've received my order?

After your order is placed, you will receive an email to the email account your order was registered with. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received and all your order information will be included in this email too.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Oh my! Please Contact us right away, via instagram or through the site with photos of the item,  the postal box and your order number.

Can I return a sale item?

All items marked sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund, for online credit, or exchanged for a different size, colour, or style. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions, please get in touch before placing your order.

The item I want is sold out. Is it coming back?

If there is an unavailable item you are interested in, please contact us and we will do our best to re-order it in specially for you.

How will my jewellery be packed?

All orders will be packed in our branded jewellery boxes or pouches then posted in a recyceable box.  We encourage you to re-use and recycle our packaging, where possible we have sourced biodegradable and recycled packaging.

Gift wrapping also available.

I've had a change of heart, can I return my jewellery?

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of earrings. We really hope you love all your Cybelle pieces but if you don't then you can return them. Wear and tear over time is normal and not considered a fault.

Where is my information stored?

At Cybelle & Co we will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone. Information submitted to us is only available to our employees and contracted service providers that are processing your order. Any information and data we gather is only used to learn more about customers so Cybelle & Co can better serve you in the future. Please see our Privacy policy page.

Will I need to pay Duties and Taxes on my order?

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes and customs clearance fees once they reach the destination country outside of the UK, fees are payable by the customer and Cybelle does not cover this cost.
