Returns, Refunds & Exchanges


We hope you love your jewellery as much as we do. Should you wish to return an item to us for an exchange or refund please contact us and we will reply with instructions. Please include your order number to help us help you quicker!

  • The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original pouch and box provided. Items that appear worn or used will not be refunded and returned to the customer.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged upon return, during transit or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded in full or eligible for an exchange.
  • Bespoke items, earrings (hygiene reasons), engraved and sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Our policy lasts 14 days. The purchased item you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A full refund of the item/s (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

We strongly advise that any returns are sent via a tracked, signed for and insured method. We cannot be responsible for returned items lost in the post.

Please note we do not offer pre-paid return shipping labels. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.


Any promotional items that may have been sent with your item must also be returned and are non-refundable. The value of an absent promotional item will be deducted when issuing your refund.

Once your return is received and checked, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

After we receive the item, allow 10 working days for the refund to arrive in your account.

We cannot replace any items that exceed 3 months of purchase. Any damage incurred within the 3 month window will be assessed by us to establish whether the damage is due from mis-use by the customer.

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s payment method.


To arrange an exchange of an item please contact us with your order number and the details of the item you would like to order in exchange.

Any returned orders must be received within 14 working days.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange or refund any sale items. discount codes cannot be applied to sale items

Christmas returns & exchanges

During this busy gifting period, we extend our returns policy to help you gift confidently! For any orders placed in November and December, the return period is extended until 10th January for refund or exchange.
